Perched above the Nile in Agouza, this adaptive reuse project reimagines a two-storey penthouse as three distinct apartments – two cozy one-bedroom homes and a generous three-bedroom residence. Each unit was carefully reconfigured to preserve uninterrupted river views, filling the interiors with warm natural light and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the quiet rhythm of life along the water.
