Amira Selim | MFA, Founder & CEO

With 27 years of experience spanning the historic textures of Cairo to the emerging markets of Central Africa, Amira Selim has established herself as a Value Architect.

Amira holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture, where her foundational work on the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities sparked a lifelong obsession with the “dialogue” between a building’s soul and its function. As the Founder of Design Dialogue and the CEO of Kennah, she offers a rare dual perspective: the creative eye of an artist and the strategic mind of a developer.

Having managed a portfolio of over 60 high-performing assets in Greater Cairo, Amira ensures that Design Dialogue’s projects aren’t just beautiful, they are proven, viable, and engineered for appreciation.

The D. Team

The Architecture of Yield

At Design Dialogue, we believe a building’s true value is found in its narrative. We don’t just design spaces; we curate legacies. Our work bridges the gap between visionary architectural “soul” and the hard reality of real estate viability.

Our WHY: Narrative Over Trends

We reject the disposable nature of “trendy” design. Our mission is to uncover the unique story that connects a structure to its history and its future users. By focusing on a narrative-driven approach, we create timeless environments that maintain their emotional resonance and financial value long after the initial reveal.

Our HOW: Ground Truth & Vision

Our process is a balance of visionary experimentation and technical precision. We draw on nearly three decades of “Ground Truth”—the practical, field-tested knowledge of what actually works in the regional market. Every creative choice is passed through a strategic filter: Does this enhance the narrative? Does this protect the investment?
